  • If you’re faced with a problem that isn’t resolved despite your best efforts, a coach can help. If you’re stuck and need a fresh set of eyes and a different approach, a coach can help. If you need help developing some management skills, a coach can help.

  • A Business Coach is a proven and successful entrepreneur who can help you launch or grow your business. He/she will work closely with you to help you assess the obstacles you’re facing in your company and develop a step-by-step plan to succeed.

  • A coach brings an independent perspective to your business. He/she can see things differently and support you in being more productive with less stress. Your coach will work with you in all areas of your company to maximize its potential and results.

  • A good coach has no agenda, except to help you succeed with your goals. He/she will listen carefully to what you're saying and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand what you're facing. He/she will be respectful, sensitive and honest. It's vital that you have a sense of trust and confidence in your coach.

  • It's best to meet once a week for an hour by Zoom or by telephone. This allows you to develop trust in your coach and to explain the issues you're facing. Based on the progress you're making, this can then be extended to once every two weeks or longer. It's helpful to have a consistent approach and to discuss progress and how often to meet, with your coach.

  • Life Coaching can be an element of Business Coaching, especially if life/work balance is an issue.

  • It all starts with a conversation. Simply call or email me and we'll arrange a quiet time to talk about what you're facing and why you're stuck. I'll ask some questions and answer yours, about how I work with clients and what you can expect. If you feel comfortable proceeding, we'll arrange our first meeting. The first phone consultation of 15-30 minutes is free.

  • Confidentiality is the basis of trust. I commit to my professional and ethical standards that everything we discuss is private and confidential, and will not be shared with anyone. The only exception to this is if I learn that a client is an imminent threat of serious injury to himself/herself or others or if I’m subpoenaed by a court of law.
